Ever since I can remember, cosmetology has been a passion of mine. I taught myself how to braid at the age of 6 and from that point on, I was eager to get my hands in any of my family’s hair. Growing up, I was in all kinds of sports and I was always the “hair person” for games and competitions and I think I enjoyed that more than the actual sports!

I went to beauty school straight out of high school in 2018 and graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Normal in August 2019. I have always had a creative mind, so I really enjoy getting to be creative with color & blonding services! Seeing the smiles, excitement and sometimes happy tears is what motivated me the most. Being able to make someone’s day, or make them feel better about themselves is by far the best part of the job.

I joined the Something You team in January 2022, and was trained by some of the higher-tiered stylists, as well as the owner, Amanda. Ever since I joined this team, my life has changed for the better in EVERY WAY. It’s truly a family everyone should be a part of!
